CORVA.

Starts as a shipping container.
Ends as something else entirely.

The Corva is our permanent sea container conversion series. Each one begins as a standard ISO shipping container and is transformed into a distinctively designed living or working environment. Industrial bones. Architecturally considered finish.

The origin story

BORN IN
THE
DOCKYARD.

Every Corva begins with an ISO shipping container: the same standardised steel box that has been stacking up in ports worldwide for decades. There's a quiet beauty in that history: a container has been somewhere. It has a past life.

We think that matters. Rather than erasing it, we work with it. The Corva takes what's structurally extraordinary about a container: the strength, the scale, the modularity, and builds something genuinely designed around it.

The result is a structure that couldn't be made any other way, because it started somewhere else entirely.

Designed inside out

We don't drop furniture into a container. We design the interior as a considered space first — where light enters, where materials meet, how movement flows — then build it within the shell.

Sustainably considered

We start with existing steel rather than new materials. The container's second life is one of the more straightforward arguments for sustainable construction you'll find.

Deliverable anywhere

A container can be delivered to almost any site a flatbed truck can reach, including locations that conventional construction would find difficult or expensive to access.
